Biography
Brenda is an MSc Fellow at ACE-Uganda working on the AIMaR project, focusing on malaria genomics and drug resistance. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology from Makerere University. Her expertise spans genomic data processing, sequencing quality control, and computational analysis using Python, R, and Linux. Brendah is passionate about leveraging data-driven approaches to address Africa's malaria burden and committed to building African-led computational solutions to infectious disease challenges.
