Offered by the School of Biomedical Sciences at the College of Health Sciences, in collaboration with the African Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Data Intensive Sciences (ACE). Emphasizes advanced research in computational biology, genomics, and data-intensive health sciences.
Requirements
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Life sciences e.g. Human Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Dental Surgery, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Cytotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical/Medical Laboratory Sciences, Environmental health, Veterinary Medicine, Zoology, or any other life science degree
- Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Physical sciences e.g. Mathematics, Statistics/Biostatistics, Computer Science & IT, Physics or any other physical science degree.
- Masters degree in any field relevant to Bioinformatics
